Dr. Kyle Denos | DC, BSN

Husband, Father, Chiropractor

Hi! I'm Dr. Kyle. I grew up in Pequannock, NJ with my Mom, Dad, and two younger brothers. I was always playing sports growing up, especially soccer, baseball, and golf. As an athlete I picked up a number of injuries which first sparked my interest in how amazing it is that the body can heal. When I was 14 years old, I lost my dad to cancer which further fueled a desire to serve in healthcare. I first became a registered nurse and witnessed the many health challenges my patients were facing with there being a lack of real solutions. Most of the answers I could provide would only alleviate symptoms for a period of time and not address the root cause of the problem. I wanted to find a way to affect people's health at a foundational level so there would be actual lasting impact. I realized I needed to change my approach, so I decided to go to chiropractic school.

While in chiropractic school, I had the great privilege of working beside a number of world renowned doctors. One being Dr. Jay Holder, who created Torque Release Technique, the main adjusting technique used in our office. I assisted in hosting over 10 seminars in 3 years and personally taught over 250 hours of course content and earned my Fellowship in TRT. I love this technique and truly believe it is one of the most neurologically-focused, gentle, effective, and cutting-edge techniques out there.

While in my final year of school my wife Jessie and I welcomed our first baby boy, Judah, into the family. After a long and traumatic birth, Judah was stressed and experienced torticollis and plagiocephaly, leading to issues with latching, constipation, difficulty sleeping, and overall restlessness. After getting him under chiropractic care, we watched him make a complete 180 in his health, confirming my desire to specialize in pediatrics and prenatal care.

During my internship I had the opportunity to learn from one of the world's leading pediatric chiropractors, Dr. Tony Ebel, and his amazing team of doctors at PWC Chiropractic in Chicago, IL where I gained hands-on experience adjusting kiddos from all different walks of life from newborns to kids on the spectrum, to teens with anxiety and depression.

Watching chiropractic care change the lives of kids, moms, and whole families is one of my greatest joys and I am so grateful I get to share that passion with this community. Thank you for trusting us with the health of your family. That privilege is not lost on us.

Jessie Denos

Wife, Mom, Care Advocate +
Office Manager

Hi! I'm Jessie -- wife to Kyle, mama to Judah and James and the proud Care Advocate and Office Manager for The Haven. I grew up in Wayne, NJ right across the highway from Kyle though we didn't meet until serving in student ministry together at our church in our 20s!

I went to college for marketing at The College of New Jersey and have loved working as a digital marketer for the last 10 years, though it's always been my dream to marry my love of marketing and growing small businesses with my passion for family + women's health and wellness and am so excited to be serving the community here at The Haven Chiropractic.

When Kyle was in school, I had been struggling with anxiety and PCOS for many years and was told I might never be able to conceive naturally. I tried all the remedies (natural and medical) without much relief. It wasn't until Kyle started adjusting me regularly that I finally began to feel a significant shift in my health. After about 8 months under consistent care, I noticed that I no longer felt "stuck" in my patterns of anxiety. I was able to think more clearly and get myself to a calm and regulated state with ease. My hormones stabilized and just a year after that we naturally conceived our son Judah immediately upon trying!

I believe in the power of chiropractic to bring healing in the most miraculous and unexpected ways. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us with the health of your family. We can't wait to see you thrive!

Thank you for trusting us with the health of your family! We are so grateful to serve the Sussex County community.

Love, The Denos Family
